Momentum In Medicine Telesummit 2017 General Terms & Marketing Commitment

GENERAL TERMS

• To participate as an Expert for one interview (approximately 30-45 minutes in length) on an agreed-upon subject matter.
• The call will be recorded by Medical Moguls, LLC (Host)
• The Host will provide the back-end coordination and production for the entire event, including conference call lines, event registration, communication with registrants, etc.
• You are doing the interview without charge and will not request compensation from Host at any point in the future.
• The material you share during your interview is and will remain, solely yours.
• The Host owns the recordings and transcripts of the call.
• You will be provided with an MP3 recording of your expert call. You are free to re-purpose, re-sell, and re-use your expert call recording indefinitely, and without compensation to Host.

 

MARKETING COMMITMENT

You agree to send to your entire community two solo e-mails and provide social media support for the event within the promotional period, which runs from Sunday, October 29th through Saturday, November 18th. Swipe copy, social media copy, and graphics will be provided to you.

If for some reason you are unable to meet these commitments, you agree to contact the host via email at barbara@medicalmoguls.com to make an alternate arrangement.
